This is a new Condominium worth considering. As mentioned before Sukhumvit Soi 24 is a nice soi. Granted now you have more condos projects here, so it is a bit more crowded but still nice.

I have not personally visited this building, but recalled walking pass by when it was under construction. The building is on the right side of the soi, if you are starting from Sukhumvit road. You would walk pass the Emporium for about 10-15 minute, and you should be arriving at the building.
